Shipping Policy
We ship all orders within 2–3 business days. Standard delivery in Australia: 3–7 business days. Express: 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email once shipped.
Returns + Exchanges
Return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Email katizegoods@gmail.com to start a return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Funds go back to your original payment method.
Order Issues
If something’s off or your item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at katizegoods@gmail.com.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item ships. Track it through AusPost or your local carrier.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Some items are limited drops and won’t restock. Follow us or join our email list to get first access to new releases.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we only ship within Australia — but global shipping is coming soon.
Do you do custom orders?
Not at this time — but collaborations and special projects are coming.
